Danny starts his throw with a few lead in steps but his final 3 steps are that of a traditional X-step. This point is at the first step of the X-step and Danny's step with his right foot is very light in order to keep his momentum moving forward.
Danny has a slight hop through his cross-step and uses this time to rotate his hips away from the target and close his upper body.
At this point Danny is at the peak of his backswing. His hips are closed and his shoulders are rotated fully away from the target. Danny uses his off arm to pull help his shoulders closed. Danny's weight is over his back foot but maintains a quick, light step to push off and transfer his weight to his front foot when it plants for the pivot. Here Danny has the disc oriented on his pull line and he has his grip in the nose down position.
Here Danny has planted his pivot foot ~60 degrees from the target with a bent knee and has started the opening of his hips and weight transfer to the plant foot. This is at the very start of his pull through.
Right at the hit Danny's hips have exploded open and his shoulders are following. His elbow is in the process of extending and his right foot has begun its pivot.
Immediately after the hit Danny's elbow is now fully extended as he enters his follow through. His weight is fully over his plant foot and his pivot continues with his toes now pointing towards the target.
Danny has a very strong follow through as his throwing arm continues well after the hit.
At the end of the follow through Danny has stepped through the pivot with his off leg.
