My Comments:
Shawn Sinclair is a touring pro that has won multiple super-tour events in 2002. Shawn throws Gateway discs and generally throws very high nose down hyzers that flatten. Shawn has over 600' of power and is also an excellent putter.

Shawn begins his throw with a couple of leading steps but his final 3 steps are a traditional X-step. This is at the beginning of his X-step and his footwork is very smooth and fluid. Shawn's leading steps get him going and he stays at the same speed throughout his approach.
Shawn stays very light on his cross-step and he does an excellent job of using the direction of his feet to get his hips moving. Here his hips are closed and you can see his upper body is ready to rotate away from the basket.
This point is at Shawn's maximum reach back. His shoulders are turned with his back almost facing the basket. Shawn is using his left arm to pull his shoulders closed. He is ready to push off into his plant and his right shoulder is lower than his left indicative of a slight bend at the waist necessary to pull the disc straight across at a hyzer angle.
Shawn has planted his foot ~90 degrees from the target and onto a slightly bent knee. His hips have started to open and pull his upper body through. Shawn has the disc gripped in a nose down position and the disc is pulling on a line across his chest.
This is right at the hit. Shawn's hips have now fully opened and his shoulders are whipping his arm through with the disc on the pull line. His off arm is close to his body. His weight is very slightly behind his plant foot making it easier to maintain the hyzer line.
Immediately after the hit, Shawn's hips and upper body are now fully open and his off arm is slightly off his body. Shawn's elbow has extended with a strong hit and finish. His left shoulder is now lower than his right shoulder and that change in relative height helps give him the high trajectory he uses in his throw.
Shawn has a very strong follow-through and his speed continues to rotate his upper body. His plant foot has pivoted more facing the target and his left arm is now off his body to help slow down.
Shawn's upper body rotation has stopped and he steps through the pivot as his lower body continues through the motion.
