Disc Golf Technique Troubleshooter
Version 2.5
Last Updated: 1:18 AM on 08-02-02
Topics With Recent Additions:
  • I'm experiencing knee pain in my off leg.

Goal: I have found many websites out there explaining proper technique. One thing I have noticed is that often something goes wrong in your throw and although you know the “correct” way to do it, you just can't seem to fix it. I've compiled a list of fairly common technique problems, some obvious, some quite subtle with the goal of helping fix problems with minimal change. I guess I would call this an FAQ type of a thing.
If you feel you could contribute something to this or would like something addressed that is not listed here, please email me and I can try to accomodate.

    *Note*
The guide has been written for right-handed throwers. If you throw left-handed, just reverse it.
The guide assumes basic knowledge of technique and disc vocabulary.

  • I don't have problems turning over my midrange discs but I also can't throw them far.
