Statement: I have found it difficult to obtain player's
reviews and descriptions of golf discs. With the large number of new
discs being released each year it is often tedious and expensive to
purchase one or two of everything to give it a try and then spending the
time to shoot it out against what you currently carry. I hope this
site may provide a resource for players to read and submit disc reviews and descriptions of golf discs from
various manufacturers in order to share knowledge and help players find
discs that fit their style and improve their game. I am aware that everyone throws differently and will have a different opinion of each disc, but I have found that hearing "it flies like a cyclone but a little faster and more understable." is a lot more helpful than the companies description of "it's the new long range driver. it's fast and is the farthest flying disc on the market."
I have also found that there are many resources available for beginners or advanced to pro players, but very few for those players who have advanced beyond the raw basics and looking to improve their game. I hope to gather resources and information that will be benefit the developing intermediate player in their quest to move their game to the next level.
